We have been very busy since we closed on the house. We have painted almost every room and I will be posting pictures soon. Things are coming together and we are loving our new home. It is amazing the number of things you realize you don't need after it is packed up and then you have to unpack it. We have gotten rid of many things and I feel like weight has been lifted off my shoulders.
The boys will be going to a year-round school, but the track they will be on went on break. Their first day will be February 17. I am very excited about this because the new school will be 1/4 of a mile from our house. Right now, I am still driving them back and forth to Denver everyday. On a good day that means 30 minutes one way. It is getting to be a pain.
Rita (Tom's mom) has decided to make the move out here as well. We're excited to have family near by again. It is a big move for her, but I think a good one. Change is usually good. Her nerves are pretty rattled still from the process of moving (leaving the home she has known, packing, driving out here, etc), so keep her in your prayers.
The other good news is that we are going to have a NEPHEW! I'm so excited and can't wait to see him. We wish Jennifer and Mike all the best luck!
